Patient Recruitment Specialists

In addition to recruiting patients through our extensive private practices, NECCR also maintains a research patient database with all totaling over 125,000 prospective volunteers. Our research-only database contains patients who have participated in NECCR trials previously or who have been screened, but did not qualify for participation. We also have patients who may have inquired about trials that were added to the database as well. Our full-time marketing and recruitment staff ensures that prospective patients are pre-screened on the phone prior to their office visit to help eliminate or reduce potential screening failures. This staff is also driven to make certain NECCR meets or exceeds contracted enrollment on all trials it conducts.

Marketing and Advertising

Advertising, when deemed appropriate, is coordinated through our experienced Marketing and Recruitment specialist. Advertising campaigns are tailored specifically for each target patient population and include: newspaper, television (local & cable), radio, flyers, health fairs, direct mailings, newsletters, promotional items, posters, and billboards.

NECCR is able to offer our sponsors a wide range of clinical trial options as well as provide our clinical trial subjects the convenience of having diagnostic testing on site. Our clinical trial subjects have access to a state of the art CAT scanner, digital x-ray suite and complete Vision Center on site.

NECCR also has access to Digital Mammography and diagnostic ultrasound on site. Our investigators have the ability to read cases immediately on site allowing them to evaluate clinical trial participants in real time.
