Center for Internal Medicine & Cardiology
Our Center for Internal Medicine and Cardiology Research is located within the PrimaCare main campus at 277 Pleasant Street, Building 1 in Fall River, Massachusetts.
Ehab Sorial, M.D, serves as Medical Director of NECCR PrimaCare Research and is supported by over 45 internists and general practitioners as well as 5 Cardiologists within the PrimaCare network.
Center for Womens Health
Our Center for Womens Health (NECCR Fall River, LLC) is located at 1151 Robeson Street in Fall River, Massachusetts.
Stephen S. Kasparian, M.D serves as the Medical Director and supervises clinical trial activity and is supported by 7 additional practitioners.
Dr. Kasparian has been a Principal Investigator for NECCR for since 2008.
Center for Endocrinology
Our Center for Endocrinology Research is located within the PrimaCare main campus at 277 Pleasant Street, Building 1 in Fall River, Massachusetts.
Tamer Yacoub, M.D, leads this division and is supported by 4 additional endocrinologists and over 45 internists and general practitioners within the PrimaCare network.
Center for Pulmonology
Our Center for Pulmonology Research is located within the PrimaCare main campus at 277 Pleasant Street, in Fall River, Massachusetts.
Carolyn Fruci, M.D, leads this division and is supported by 5 additional pulmonologists and over 45 internists and general practitioners within the PrimaCare network.
Center for Dermatology
Our Center for Dermatology Research is located on the North Campus of Roger Williams Medical Center at 50 Maude Street in Providence, Rhode Island

Center for Medical Devices
Our Center for Medical Device Research is located within the PrimaCare main campus at 277 Pleasant Street, Building 1, Suite 204 in Fall River, Massachusetts.
Our efforts are supported by over 135 multi therapeutic practitioners within our network.
Bio Specimen Procurement
Our Center for Biospecimen Procurement is rapidly becoming an industry leader, specializing in the prospective acquisition of fresh biological samples of both healthy and disease state subjects.
By simply providing us the specifications of your request, We can search our database of over 270,000 patients. We have custom, IRB approved biological specimen protocols in place and routinely provide Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Medical Device Manufacturers and Biobanks with fresh, highly annotated, anonymized specimens of all types. Samples are accompanied by redacted medical records as requested.
Center for Rheumatology
Our Center for Rheumatology Research is located within the PrimaCare main campus at 277 Pleasant Street in Fall River, Massachusetts.
Mark Fisher, M.D. leads this division which is supported by PrimaCare’s network of over 45 Internists and General Practitioners.
Center for Weight Management
Our Center for Weight Management Research is located within the PrimaCare main campus at 277 Pleasant Street, in Fall River, Massachusetts.

Frederick Schnure, M.D, leads this division and is supported by 5 additional Gastroenterologists and over 45 internists and general practitioners within the PrimaCare network. in 2019, The G.I. division added a full Colonoscopy/ Endoscopy suite which is located next door to the primary research office..

1. Does N.E.C.C.R utilize a central or local IRB?
We generally use central IRB’s, unless the protocol is hospital-based.
2. How long does it take N.EC.C.R to turn around a regulatory packet?
Typical regulatory turn around is 3 to 5 business days
3. Can N.E.C.C.R complete and submit regulatory in parallel to contract review and execution?
Absolutely
